Beyond research and analysis, Vigeo Eiris positions itself as an actor open to dialogue and keen to promote social responsibility and responsible investment to civil society organisations – NGOs, trade unions and international organisations.

In addition to its scientific partnerships, Vigeo Eiris is devoted to:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key institutional players among its stakeholders: the investment community, asset managers, professional federations and labour unions, civil society and intergovernmental networks
  • Contributing to the creation of an environment favourable to social responsibility and responsible investment development
  • Contributing to informed decision-making
  • Taking part in the activities and governance of multi-stakeholder structures in our sphere of influence and activity

Forum Ethibel
Belgian independent association working to increase individual and institutional investors’ awareness of the ethical values it promotes. Forum Ethibel is a shareholder of Vigeo Eiris, and its members include well-known associations and NGOs such as Hefboom, Crédal, Réseau Financement Alternatif, Centre National de Coopération au ‎Développement, etc. Based on Vigeo Eiris’ research, Forum Ethibel produces the Ethibel ‎Ethical Investment Register.

Fondation EIRIS
The EIRIS Foundation is a UK-based leading charity operating in the field of responsible investment. The foundation is committed to helping organisations and individuals maximise their contribution to the responsible business and investment agenda. Its mission is to use research, analysis and influence to identify gaps, barriers, opportunities and enablers so that it can help organisations and individuals maximise their contribution to the responsible business and investment agenda. The EIRIS Foundation holds 19% of Vigeo’s share capital since 2015.

This agreement is based on sharing expertise for health and environmental issues. It paves the way for another type of collaboration: the integration of Greenfacts’ expertise into Vigeo Eiris’ analyses and a dialogue around observations on companies’ practices.

Morningstar is the top information provider for investment companies.‎ In partnership with Vigeo Eiris Italia, Morningstar is able to provide all the financial data of European funds (fee, performance, etc.) through the “SRI Fund Service” a particularly comprehensive database providing information on more than 900 funds, which is now available online via a technologically advanced user interface.

Novethic, subsidiary of the Caisse des Dépôts, is both a media dedicated to sustainable development, and a research centre on Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Created in 2001, Novethic makes its website, professional publications, studies, SRI Novethic label and conferences available to the public.

As the sole ‘tripartite’ UN agency, the ILO brings together government representatives, employers and workers from the 187 member states with the purpose of establishing international norms, developing policies and designing programs dedicated to the promotion of decent labour for all men and women around the world. The partnership between Vigeo Eiris and the ILO provides the latter with an access to the agency’s database for subsequent publications and scientific work.

Transparency International France
Transparency International France is the French branch of Transparency International, a global initiative driven by a single vision: a world in which states, companies, civil society and individuals would be spared from all forms of corruption. With more than 100 branches in the world and an International Secretariat in Berlin the organisation is conducting a fight against corruption to make this vision a reality. In 2010 Vigeo announced its decision to rate the ‘transparency and integrity of influence strategies and practices’ of listed companies; the definition of this new criterion has been realised in collaboration with Transparency International France. Three years later a study observing and comparing the behaviour of 745 European and American companies in their implementation of influence policies was published.

Partnership agreement based on sharing information collected by the trade union organisation on the companies rated by Vigeo Eiris. The IUF is the International Workers Union of the Food, Agriculture, Hospitality-Restaurant, Tobacco sectors and related fields.

UNI is the International Union Federation of the Service Industry. This partnership agreement is based on sharing information collected by the trade union organisation on the companies rated by Vigeo Eiris.

RHSF – Human Resources Without Borders
RHSF is an international NGO created in 2006 and operating in the field of ‘Human rights in the supply chain’. Through its partnership with Vigeo Eiris RHSF has conducted projects related to CSR in the supply chain in Asia, where the organisation has an office in Shenzhen.
